Miracle Finding our Friend in the Streets

This is Caitlin (kind of how we pronounce it, not sure how to spell it) and her daughter. Matt met Caitlin this summer on the corner of the street between the original (American) market and the outdoor market. She used to sell hot dogs to earn money, and we became her friends. Matt wanted to deliver a picture as a gift to her for Christmas, but on Christmas day, we could not find her! We visited her neighbors and walked around the street, but no Caitlin. Eventually, we left to get some bread and water, and on the way to the church Matt suggested we try one more time. We stopped by her home, couldn't find her, left the picture, and then as we were walking away, we looked back and Caitlin was running down the street shouting Matt's name! It was a Christmas miracle :) It was so nice to sit down with Caitlin and her daughter and to feel her love. She is a wonderful mother who has so little but gives so much.
